BlueWater Safaris

BlueWater Safaris offers private charter of the fastest and best equipped power-boat operating in Bali - the Azura. With seating for up to eight passengers, she offers you the opportunity to explore the oceans around Bali in privacy, avoiding the tourist crowds and offering an exclusive experience.

BlueWater Safaris is available for island discovery program – exploring the spectacular coastlines of Nusa Penida, sport-fishing, getting close up to hundreds of dolphins, diving, snorkeling or simply stopping over for a lazy lunch on a perfect island paradise.

Boat Specification

The Azura is an 11m centre-console sport-fisher, built by Swedish-owned Northsea Boats. She has seating for up to eight passengers and two crew, with GPS/Fishfinder, on-board toilet and shower, fixed canopy, folding sun-canopy, built-in fishboxes, swim-ladder, stereo and full international safety equipment. Powered by twin 200HP outboards, she reaches up to 44 knots, mnaking her the fastest boat availble for private charter in Bali.

Crew

Our crew are fully qualified professional seamen with many years experience fishing and crusiing the waters off Bali. They speak English and Japanese (as well as Bahasa Indonesia and Balinese!)

Equipment for trolling, coral fishing and bottom fishing is free of charge included on all trips. Jigging and casting equipment is available for rent at an additional US$55 per set.

Diving, Snorkelling, Spear-fishing

Masks, snorkels and fins are included free of charge on all trips, as well as life-jackets for those who prefer to use one while snorkelling. Wet-suits are avaialble for rent at US$6 / pax - please let us know your approximate size.

SCUBA equipment and dive guide for up to 4 people can be supplied at additional cost. There are numerous dive sites around Nusa Penida and Lembongan, though not all of them are suitable for beginners - please let us know your level of experience and we can advise on the best locations and conditions. Spear-fishing equipment and guide can also be supplied at extra cost.

Half Day fishing charters last 4 hours, leaving at around 7.30am and 1.30pm
Full Day fishing charters last 8 hours, leaving at your convenience.

Private Charter Cost
Standard Half Day (4hrs): Rp.4,400,000 (maybe extended at Rp.500,000/hr)
Standard Full Day (8hrs): Rp.6,400,000 (+Rp.500,000 to include dolphin watching off Uluwatu before going to Penida-Lembongan)
BlueWater Express (2hrs): Rp. 690,000 (one way transfer to Gili Trawangan, Oberoi Lombok or Teluk Kodek)
